📦 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

Need to swap something? Reach out to us first—we may be able to make it right without a return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads

  • Custom orders

  • Items marked “final sale”
